🌐 CyberWest Summit 2025: Where Strategy Meets Innovation
It’s been one week since CWS2025, and the momentum remains strong. Over two transformative days, we didn’t just discuss the future of cybersecurity — we helped shape it.
With more than 400 passionate attendees, including international delegates from the Philippines and India, this year’s summit brought together a powerful cross-section of leaders from government, industry, academia, and startups. United by a shared mission: to future-proof our business and secure our digital future.
🚀 Strategic Launch: Setting the Cyber Agenda for the Indo-Pacific
The summit opened with a dynamic welcome reception hosted by the Australian Automation and Robotics Precinct (AARP), drawing over 100 guests. The evening featured a compelling panel discussion:
"CyberStrategy2030: Building Regional Resilience Through Collaboration and Capabilities"—a roadmap for cyber resilience across the Indo-Pacific.
Moderated by Dr Glenn Murray, PhD, the panel featured:
Hon. Ma Hellen B. De La Vega, Undersecretary for Administration, Phillipines Department of Foreign Affairs
Dr. Scott Flower PhD, Founder, CI-ISAC International
Ms. Nashid Chowdhury, Director of Growth & Advocacy; Principal Lead India, The University of Western Australia
This diverse panel underscored CyberWest Hub and Western Australia’s leadership in advancing Cyber Strategies and Cyber Resilience across the Indo-Pacific. A heartfelt thank you to the ARRP for hosting such an inspiring start to the summit.
