Building Cyber Resilience: Moving People from Awareness to Action

Your awareness training isn't failing. Your approach to changing behaviour is.

Here's what the data doesn't tell you: cyber awareness programs can make people more cautious and more vulnerable at the same time. Culture matters more than compliance. And the reason your initiatives aren't sticking has nothing to do with your people.

In this Cyber Connect working session, we'll challenge the conventional wisdom about cyber safety and behaviour change. Drawing on emerging research and real-world experience, you'll collaborate with leaders across industries to unpack what actually moves people from understanding to action, especially as threats become more sophisticated and more human.

This isn't a technical session. It's a conversation for anyone building cyber resilience and frustrated that training and awareness aren't delivering.

Who Should Attend

This session is for leaders across all industries, CISOs, board members, HR professionals, operations heads, risk managers, and executives responsible for cyber resilience. No deep technical knowledge required, just curiosity and a willingness to challenge conventional thinking.

What You'll Gain

•Practical strategies to move from awareness to action in your organisation

•Fresh perspectives from leaders in diverse industries facing similar challenges
