WiTWA TechTrails - Toodyay District Senior High
WiTWA’s TechTrails STEM & Future Skills Program visited Toodyay District Senior High for two days of interactive sessions designed to spark curiosity and inspire students to explore careers in science, technology, engineering, maths, and innovation.
The program featured an incredible lineup of speakers from WA’s tech and innovation community, covering topics like cybersecurity, software development, design thinking, and industry pathways. CyberWest Hub was proud to support this initiative, with our Project and Engagement Lead, Chris Leong, presenting “From Disruption to Opportunity: Innovation as a Career Catalyst”—showing students how innovation can open doors to exciting futures.
This hands-on experience empowers young people, especially girls, to see themselves in STEM careers. As WiTWA says: “If you can see her, you can be her!”
